Experience
I attended the University of Georgia, where I completed my graduate studies. I was born and raised in China. Because of this, I decided to work on my master's degree in Mandarin Chinese and English. I also am in the process of working on acquiring my master's degree in statistics. While at the University of Georgia, I majored in education. I have several years of experience in the tutoring field. I have tutored the English language to students in China. As of now, I currently offer my tutoring services in mathematics and the Mandarin language. I am quite passionate about mathematics and Mandarin. Of course, I am most confident while tutoring Mandarin because it is my native language, and I speak the language fluently. As for my teaching style, I believe in being innovative and creative. I aim to assist my students in reaching their absolute fullest potential. I believe that many media tools should be used in lessons. This keeps students interested and attentive. I have strong communication skills and hold a very positive outlook on life. When I am not teaching, I enjoy going for a swim, exploring new places, and watching several of my favorite television shows or movies.
