I have a passion for teaching! I am currently studying at the University of Georgia to become an ESL teacher. I love learning about linguistics and language acquisition mechanics. I have also been studying Spanish for four years and Portuguese for eighteen months.I had the opportunity to work at an English language institute in Bogota, Colombia for over a year. I am eager to help students with issues in English reading or writing and I can do this easily as English is my first language. I am also interested in helping students with college exam preparation, essay writing, grammar, and math. I earned two perfect SAT scores for the reading and critical writing sections. This is a feat that I am very proud of. I am also able to provide my students with crystal clear explanations of complex ideas and concepts. Additionally, I am well organized and very prepared.I am well versed in many subjects. Some of those subjects include grammar and mechanics, math, English, ESL/ELL, elementary and middle school math, phonics, and Spanish. I also excel in all SAT, GRE and LSAT courses.In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, baking, and reading.
