I have a degree in mathematics and a lot of experience as a math tutor. I was employed by my college to tutor math, teaching various pre-calculus classes, and was certified as a College Reading and Learning tutor. Because I am enthusiastic about math and the various concepts, I like to work with students to help them develop their skills so that they can work independently and become successful in math. I know the importance of a strong foundation in math, especially for those who don't intuitively comprehend math, because I was one of those people myself. In my free time, I like to play banjo and guitar, read, cook, travel, and go camping. I am currently studying for my undergraduate degree and working on becoming fluent in Spanish so that I might live abroad after I graduate. I am available for tutoring all levels of math as well as Spanish.
